My name is Natalia Clarke and I am an Accredited Integrative psychotherapist offering both short- and long-term psychotherapy/counselling sessions to female adult individuals in the village of Harefield/Uxbridge

My calling and passion lies in working with women, who seek to reclaim, repair, reintegrate and restore what is truly them and feel whole again

A woman's life path is often hard and, I believe, it is vital for individuals, as well as, the collective, to have women restored back to their original essence.

Women's re-empowerment is a restoration work, my passion and the field I specialise in. Helping women help themselves in reclaiming their gifts and qualities is our work together that involves getting back to the roots, getting in touch with primal intuitive instincts, re-setting, replanting, nourishing and see it grow in a way one chooses.

Whatever you experiences have been as a woman you might feel lost, confused and even forgotten. The psychotherapeutic work will focus on finding your voice and restoring your the inner nature that had always meant to lead your life.

I am here to create and hold a space for every part of you, so you are free to tell your story, express your emotions, attend to your needs and find the answers you’ve always had in you.

I am here to give witness and journey alongside you with acceptance, unconditional regard and compassion.

I offer an invitation and a safe environment to allow you reflect on the difficulties or problems you are experiencing with someone from outside your day-to-day life. Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to fresh perspectives and, perhaps, a new understanding of yourself. Psychotherapy/Counselling isn’t about giving you solutions or advice, but empowering you to make your own changes.

I have worked with people from varied walks of life and backgrounds, who had been coming to me with a diverse range of problems. As an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and abide by their code of ethics.

Safety and confidence

I use narrative therapy in a way of being curious about personal stories that women carry. I am passionately interested in who they are, how they arrived where they are today and how they wish to be unfolding and being in the future.

I work holistically looking at the whole person from a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual points of view to aid the most healing and progression rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation.

I take into account past, present and future and incorporate Transpersonal approach, which deals with a person's true nature and innate potential, as well as deeper relationship with themselves and the world.

A problem shared...

I am an emotions’ expert and place the highest value on knowing yourself via how one feels. I also promote navigating life via intuition. Relationship to yourself, therefore, is at the core of the work, which then brings a powerful effect on relating to others and to the world in a balanced, accepting and compassionate way.

I bring nature into my work through metaphors of the seasons, the elements, landscapes and animal kin. I also utilise writing, journaling, story telling, creative imagination and art if and when it is called for in the work.

My working approach as an Integrative Transpersonal Counsellor/Psychotherapist incorporates a wide spectrum of psychotherapeutic approaches. I select the most appropriate way of working with a client's personality type and presenting issues and match my way of working with what I believe would work best.

The core of our work together is for you to take the time in a safe and comfortable environment to explore your feelings, thoughts and needs

and tell your story.

Each individual is seen as a whole person with all aspects of personality observed and included: thinking processes, patterns of behaviour, background and historical events, emotional responses, innate qualities and potential as a whole.

My location

My private psychotherapy/counselling practice is located in pleasant countryside surroundings in the village of Harefield/Uxbridge.

The office is close to many surrounding towns including Rickmansworth, Gerrards Cross, Watford, Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Northwood, Ruislip.
